  • Telephone answering,
  • Data inputting, costings, correspondence with foreign suppliers,
  • Assisting in the procurement process from foreign and local suppliers, checking of import documents and assisting in the preparation of customs clearance procedures,
  • Clerical duties and general office routine tasks.


  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills,
  • Very good knowledge and application of MS Office apps,
  • Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision,
  • Organised and meticulous in performance of duties.


  • ‘A’ level standard of education,
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
